My stay at Anurak Community Lodge - Sha Plus was a delightful escape into nature. The lodge's commitment to sustainability and biodiversity is truly commendable, evident in their tree planting program and conservation efforts. The serene surroundings and short but stunning hiking circuit allowed us to immerse ourselves in the lush beauty of the rainforest, with the bonus of spotting monkeys in their natural habitat.The staff's warm hospitality and genuine smiles made us feel right at home, adding a personal touch to our experience. The Hornbill Restaurant not only served delicious Thai cuisine but also provided a perfect setting to gather with friends and family, overlooking the breathtaking views of the surrounding jungle.I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the rooms, from the ceiling fans and mosquito nets to the large balconies offering panoramic views. The lodge's emphasis on sustainable practices, such as the option to conserve water and energy by reusing towels and bedding, resonated with my eco-conscious values. I highly recommend this eco-friendly retreat for travelers seeking a peaceful and rejuvenating experience amidst Thailand's pristine natural beauty.
